Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Puma. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide consistently high standards of customer experience, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Puma's products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in loss prevention education, training, and awareness programs, and take an active role in maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in the apparel/footwear industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to exceed sales goals, provide high levels of customer service, and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to constantly walk and move about, with frequent stationary standing, reaching, bending/twisting of head, and maintaining balance while walking.
