Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee End-to-End Accounting Operations: Manage all accounting functions within the shared services environment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Optimize and Enhance Processes: Lead initiatives to implement, refine, and enhance best practices for operational efficiency and consistency across all accounting processes
  • Leadership and Team Development: Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of accounting professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate comprehensive financial reports, statements, and performance metrics that align with corporate objectives
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with a CPA or relevant certification preferred
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of working as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role within a shared services environment, with demonstrated expertise in leading and optimizing accounting operations
  • Strong leadership skills are essential, including experience in managing accounting teams, fostering a results-driven culture, and successfully implementing process improvements
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
