Job Overview

Hilltop Residential is a leading real estate investment company that prides itself on providing exceptional service to its customers and investors. We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeper to join our team and contribute to maintaining the high standards of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the exterior appearance of our properties through daily maintenance and upkeep of the grounds
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property grounds to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Assist with light maintenance duties, work orders, and unit turns to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure all property equipment is in good working condition to prevent downtime and maintain resident satisfaction
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the property layout, including equipment locations, pet areas, and amenities
  • Perform routine inspections and pick up trash and debris to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance and repair
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies
  • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
