Critical Care Clinical Educator Job Description

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Critical Care Clinical Educator position in the Montebello, CA area. As a Critical Care Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for educating and training nurses in critical care settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs for critical care nurses
  • Provide clinical instruction and guidance to nurses in critical care settings
  • Assess and evaluate the knowledge and skills of critical care nurses
  • Develop and implement competency-based training programs for critical care nurses
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement educational programs
Requirements:
  • RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of California
  • Experience in critical care nursing and education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
