Role Overview:

The IT Project Coordinator is tasked with steering software development projects and client onboarding within an established enterprise application framework. This role involves defining project parameters and ensuring timely achievement of milestones. The individual will identify critical decision points, provide recommendations, manage project challenges to resolution, uphold project standards, and create and oversee the project timeline and plan.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technology or business-related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and software development or IT management.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing technical role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
Preferred:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in business analysis.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Tempo, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Physical Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity and upper body mobility for keyboard and mouse use for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills for in-person and telephonic interactions.
  • Ability to maintain a seated position for prolonged durations.
  • Repetitive motion and sedentary work environment.
