Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex technical procedures, monitoring instrumentation, and ensuring quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Medical Technology
- 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience preferred
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient with computers and laboratory information systems
- High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
