Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex technical procedures, monitoring instrumentation, and ensuring quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Medical Technology
  • 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience preferred
  • ASCP or AMT certification required
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proficient with computers and laboratory information systems
  • High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
