Engagement Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily activities – Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by promoting social interactions, engaging conversations, and secure environments. Collaborate with our Life Engagement team to support residents in meaningful activities, events, and outings.
  • Demonstrate compliance knowledge – Exhibit understanding of all facets of resident care through a compassionate approach. Knowledge of and adherence to all state resident rights is essential.

Engagement Coordinator Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required, along with a current state license.
  • Possess a safe driving record with reliable transportation and car insurance.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • CNA, NAC, NAR, HHCA certification required or a Grandfathered care license.
