Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented mechanic to join our team at WorkForce Services Inc. as an Automotive Diesel Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have experience with diesel and gas engines, be able to perform inspections and diagnostics, and have strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to determine vehicle condition and identify worn and damaged parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel and gas vehicles, including power and drive trains, electrical systems, and fuel systems.
  • Verify vehicle performance by conducting test drives and adjusting controls and systems.
  • Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with one to three years of related technical experience or training.
  • ASE Certification(s) preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
