Para-Educator Substitute Opportunity

Stanton Community Schools is seeking qualified individuals to serve as substitute para-educators for the 2024-25 school year. As a substitute para-educator, you will provide support to students with diverse needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with daily tasks and activities
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in the classroom
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with students with special needs preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
