About the Role

Stellar is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in the field of land development design and permitting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing all processes required for producing design documents that will be used from conceptual design to construction level documents and construction phase services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Work independently or with other team members assigned to their projects to ensure project requirements, schedule, and overall quality are met.
  • Design and Permitting: Develop and manage all processes required for producing design documents, including inter-discipline coordination, BIM clash detection, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections.
Qualifications
  • Civil Engineering Degree: A Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited college or university.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in site design and permitting.
  • Technical Skills: A working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with Procore and ACC is beneficial.
  • Travel: Ability to travel overnight, estimated up to 15%.
