Job Title: Sr. Director of Supply Chain

At Bubble Skincare, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Director of Supply Chain to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • NetSuite Implementation Assistance: Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth implementation and integration of NetSuite software.
  • Production Planning: Develop and manage production plans to meet business goals and customer demands.
  • Inventory Planning: Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Vendor Validation: Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
  • Supply Chain Monitoring: Monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • New Product Development (NPD) Budget Control: Manage budgets related to new product development.
  • Operational SOPs and Structure: Develop and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in consumer goods, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Proven experience in production planning, procurement, and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential production and supply chain risks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international logistics, including freight forwarding, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
