Key Responsibilities- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of construction sites to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Quality Assurance Observations: Prepare and submit detailed reports of your findings, highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance.
- Collaboration with Senior Staff: Work closely with senior staff members to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment and ensure that all personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety protocols.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technology degree in engineering, architecture, or construction preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of related field inspection experience in the construction industry required; building enclosure or structural field inspection experience a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to carry heavy equipment and tools, and occasionally lift up to 85 pounds.
- Transportation: Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites; mileage will be reimbursed.
