Maintenance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team at one of our facilities in West Virginia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and direct staff to provide dependable maintenance services and support the generation of profit through improved operating efficiencies and cost reduction.
  • Present a professional image to all customers and take a proactive approach to providing supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health.
  • Work closely with the facility's Administrator and network with individuals at our other West Virginia facilities and at the corporate office for technical input and guidance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 3 to 5 years related experience.
  • Prior work experience in a related field plus at least 3 years prior management/supervisory experience.
