Job Opportunity at Monmouth County

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Passport Agent and Notary Public. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing U.S. Passport applications, providing information and assistance to customers, and performing notarization services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process passport applications
  • Provide information and assistance to customers on passport services
  • Collect and reconcile fees
  • Swear in Notary Publics and perform notarization services
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to work part-time, 15-19 hours per week
  • Availability to work every Saturday

Please note that all Monmouth County positions are on-site, and remote work is not an option.
