Job Title: Enterprise Integration Lead

Arcfield is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, researching, and developing highly advanced applications that drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings.
  • Develop and implement test and evaluation strategies, plans, and methods to ensure system reliability.
  • Establish standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, evaluating, and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities.
  • Evaluate enterprise capabilities, architectures, system design concepts, requirements, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement test and evaluation strategies, plans, and methods to ensure system reliability.
  • Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability.
  • Ensure systems and enterprise capabilities comply with requirements and standards through formal verification methods.
  • Generate system requirement and enterprise capability verification approaches and customer acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in reviews of systems and elements under development to ensure traceability of requirements compliance through verification and validation.
  • Develop and direct preparation for and execution of comprehensive test & evaluation plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate system integration, test, evaluation, and transition activities with other organizations.
  • Conduct readiness for system integration, test, evaluation, and transition activities.
  • Compile data and define changes required in testing configurations, testing procedures, testing processes, or new testing requirements.
  • Implement testing processes and ensure all test activities follow those processes.
  • Produce reports on each test activity and track test metrics.
  • Perform analysis and evaluations of systems under test. Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
  • Perform analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive system evaluation reports and risk assessments.
  • Evaluate discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes affecting systems and enterprise capabilities.
  • Provide direct, interfacing support to the customer for system integration, test, evaluation, and transition activities.
  • Monitor for continual process improvement and lessons learned, and report to management periodically.
Qualifications:
  • Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a willingness to assist and support teams with evolving requirements and objectives.
  • Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of emails rapidly and effectively.
  • Ability to develop fluency with online tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertise.
  • Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience with technical project management and leading implementation of new technologies into enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for all levels of audiences.
  • Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through.
  • Expert-level skills with Microsoft Office products.
  • Required 16 years of experience specific to technical and programmatic integration or a related field.
  • BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10.
