Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
- Administer medications, track their use, and ensure proper verification
- Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Track medical records and charts, and assist with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Maintain medical supplies and inventory, and adhere to resident care plans
- Work with staff to orient and train new colleagues
- Current Missouri state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved LPN educational program
- H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
