Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track their use, and ensure proper verification
  • Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Track medical records and charts, and assist with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain accurate medical supplies inventory and adhere to resident care plans
  • Collaborate with staff to orient and train new colleagues
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Missouri state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
