We are seeking an experienced Travel LPN Team Lead to join our dynamic team at LanceSoft Inc.

About the Job

The Travel LPN Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: The Travel LPN Team Lead will provide guidance and support to staff nurses, including communicating with outside departments and attending scheduled meetings to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Scheduling and Staff Management: This role involves preparing and communicating staff nurse schedules, resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing staff needs to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Clinical Excellence: The Travel LPN Team Lead will work closely with physicians to prepare patient records, transcribe orders, and ensure timely follow-through on medical recommendations.
  • Supply Chain and Compliance: This position requires maintaining accurate records and supplies to ensure compliance and smooth operation of the healthcare department.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience as a licensed practical nurse
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff members
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
