Job Summary

At Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our young patients. As a Patient Care Assistant, Procedure Center, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement individualized care plans for assigned patients, working closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while promoting independence and dignity.
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to address patient needs, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
* Assist with patient transportation and may be required to provide one-on-one observation as needed.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of related experience preferred.
* Completion of the CCHMC provided Monitor Tech Class and passing score on written exam and competency demonstration required.
* Training in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and maintenance of certification required.
