**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Screening Program Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that patients receive the financial assistance they need to access quality healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Program Registration
    • Accurately and efficiently register new and returning patients for financial assistance programs.
    • Provide clear and concise guidance on program eligibility and requirements.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using Medicaider, NextGen, and other automated tools.
    • Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation and certifications.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with front office staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient program registration processes.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program eligibility or related health and human services work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
