Position Title: Manufacturing Production Specialist
We are currently seeking dedicated production personnel for both day and swing shifts.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities: This role involves testing, inspecting, light assembly, operating machinery, and packaging products. Candidates will have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shifts, although standing may be required at times, potentially for the entire duration. This position is categorized as light industrial/general assembly, where the lifting requirement is limited to 25 lbs. Additionally, candidates must meet specific performance metrics for daily assembly tasks.
Objective: The primary responsibility is to support the manufacturing process to ensure timely delivery to customers. Employees will receive comprehensive instructions for all tasks and will work under close supervision.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in electronics or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency is required, including navigation and basic Excel for documentation, as well as Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Employment Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a commitment of 600 hours.
Work Environment: The role is conducted in a manufacturing setting that offers appropriate lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Day shift hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional overtime.
