Position Overview: TalentBurst, Inc is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse for a local contract role in the Float Pool, specifically within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Role Responsibilities:- Specialization: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
- Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Employment Type: Local Contract
- Work Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Shift Details:
Nights (with rotating weekends): 7 PM - 7 AM
Shift Differentials: $3 for nights and $2 for weekends
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are upheld.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and make informed diagnoses to facilitate optimal patient care.
- Deliver care based on established plans while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in a Critical Care RN capacity.
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or be eligible to obtain licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
