About Your Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Network Development Manager to join our team at Altais, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.

In this role, you'll develop and implement strategies to integrate new practices into our networks of care, identify and research potential prospective physicians and providers, and deliver full-cycle relationship management from initiation to onboarding.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to work independently. The anticipated pay range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Network Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to integrate new practices into our networks of care.
  • Provider Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and research potential prospective physicians and providers, and deliver full-cycle relationship management from initiation to onboarding.
  • Presentation and Communication: Conduct service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers, effectively conveying value propositions and staying up-to-date on network trends and competitor offerings.
