Job Title: RN Charge Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Leader in the Behavioral Health Unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Determine staffing levels and assignments based on patient needs and staff availability.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in Nevada.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred.
