- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective teaching team, sharing best practices and expertise to drive student success.
- Monitor and assess student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform instruction and drive student growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporating new ideas and strategies into the classroom.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed early childhood program, with a proven track record of success in creating engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
