POSITION SUMMARY:

The Piedmont Driving Club is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Stewarding Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this pivotal role, you will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service within our dining and banquet facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the appearance and hospitality standards for all dining and banquet ware, ensuring optimal cleanliness of china, glassware, silver, and cooking equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor stewarding staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Manage departmental budgets effectively while developing strategies to enhance revenue through repeat business and improved service quality.
  • Coordinate the activities of kitchen stewarding personnel to guarantee proper sanitation and ware washing processes.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas, equipment storage, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the upkeep of cooking equipment and back-of-house areas, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This full-time management role requires flexibility, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
