We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
- Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
