Winder Operator

We are seeking a skilled Winder Operator to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in Mansfield, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor bobbin winders to ensure efficient production.
- Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications.
- Record data on WW3 for labeling and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience with industrial equipment.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
