  • Install and configure Windows servers, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and hardening Wintel systems.
  • Administer Windows Server with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and High Availability.
  • Understand RAID concepts, including the pros and cons of various RAID levels, and make informed decisions in a given situation.
  • Configure and administer Microsoft clusters, with a focus on troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Work with various storage solutions, particularly in cluster configurations.
  • Manage storage space from a systems perspective, with a focus on SAN environments.
  • Implement file system and quota management.
  • Experience with FTP and SFTP client and server models.
  • Install and implement VMware ESX server, VMware Virtual Center, and related VMware products.
  • Understand ITIL processes.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of system administration experience.
  • Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Diploma in Computers.
  • Preferably with any two of the following certifications: MCSE or VMware Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Cloud certification required.
