We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at The Dixon Group in West Chester, OH. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of electrical and mechanical assemblies, reading parts lists and factory orders, pulling parts, assembling and testing products, and final packing for shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products per factory order, routing, and work instruction
  • Perform required quality checks
  • Test parts for proper operation
  • Package parts for shipping
  • Use hand tools, soldering iron, and test equipment
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and dexterity with fingers and hands to manipulate parts and components
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical or electronic knowledge
  • Great team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and maneuver various components throughout the course of a shift
