Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from current members, including scheduling inspections and coordinating with our sales team as necessary.
- Assist with inspection-related calls and schedule jobs initiated by our sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with long-term clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any inquiries.
- Generate weekly reports using Service Titan to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for enhancement.
- Act as a natural leader within the team, offering guidance and support to colleagues as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or concierge capacity, ideally within a service-focused industry.
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Proficiency in computer and phone systems; familiarity with Service Titan is advantageous.
- A natural leader who can inspire and motivate team members.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to meet customer needs.
