Job Overview

International Shoppes, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Retail Associate to join our team at our luxury retail store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our skincare and fragrance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and assist customers in the makeup, skincare, and fragrance departments, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and operational functions to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and selling experience with cosmetics, skin care, and fragrances, with a minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
  • Bilingual English-Mandarin fluency is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and utilize good judgment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Superior verbal, written, and telephone communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
