Compensation Range: $18.00+ per hour

Salary considerations are influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Market conditions and organizational factors are also taken into account. Successful candidates may qualify for annual performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Job Duties:
  • Accurate data entry of test orders, presorting, and managing the pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, including centrifugation and aliquoting
  • Prepare specimens for dispatch to additional facilities
  • Organize laboratory specimens for various analyses and testing procedures
  • Identify and address issues related to specimen types, such as missing information
  • Understand the correlation between ordered tests and received specimens
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Experience in a production or medical setting is preferred
  • Flexibility is essential; the majority of work will occur during night shifts, with potential requirements for weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and overtime
