Skincare Expert

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our team at Stellar Medical Aesthetics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients.

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, dermaplaning, and waxing.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Continuously expand knowledge and skills by staying updated on new procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Must be comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Must have an active aesthetician license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an aesthetician, with a proven track record of success.
• Must have a full clientele.
• Proficiency in performing chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, tinting, and lash lifts.
• Strong eagerness to learn new procedures and protocols, including laser, RF Microneedling, and IPL treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

• Two weeks vacation and off various federal holidays.
• Ability to work in a hands-off environment.
