We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Intensive Care Unit settings to join our team at Jackson Nurse Professionals. As a travel nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Job Summary:This 13-week contract position requires a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an ICU environment. You'll be responsible for providing emergency care and life support to critically ill or severely injured patients, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including emergency care and life support, to critically ill or severely injured patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- 12 months of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an ICU environment.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
