Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DSP Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The selected candidate will be responsible for algorithm exploration, architecture definition, abstract modeling, and FPGA implementation, verification, and delivery, as applied for research and development of complex SIGINT, EW, radar, communications and other RF mission systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement signal processing algorithms on large, dense, high-speed FPGAs (e.g., Xilinx, Altera) using VHDL or Verilog
  • Design and develop FPGA firmware, including documentation, modeling, implementation, simulation, synthesis, and integration, and test
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers
Requirements
  • US citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirement
  • BS degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a firmware engineer developing and implementing signal processing algorithms on large, dense, high-speed FPGAs (e.g., Xilinx, Altera) using VHDL or Verilog
Preferred Qualifications
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • 7 to 10 years' experience as a firmware engineer developing and implementing signal processing algorithms on large, dense, high-speed FPGAs (e.g., Xilinx, Altera) using VHDL or Verilog
  • Previous experience designing or working with SIGINT, EW, COMINT, geolocation, or DSP systems
