  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational metrics to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Act as a liaison between team members, restaurant management, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance restaurant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management to support the success of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
