Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at Salem Hospital, Inc. This is a full-time position working four 10-hour days, Tuesday through Friday, with on-call rotations until 8 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound procedures at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail.
  • Assume responsibility for designated areas, procedures, and students as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to work efficiently and independently.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an efficient and orderly fashion.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of experience as a sonographer.
  • Required satisfactory completion of formal Ultrasound Training program.
  • Registration or registration eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent.
