About the Role

At NATIONAL HOSPITALITY SERVICE PROVID, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Field Technicians to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality-driven team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bathtub and shower safety and appearance solutions to hotels across the United States.

Job Summary: Field Technicians will undergo comprehensive training in all products, processes, equipment, and safety procedures to ensure they can work effectively as part of a two-man team. This includes training on NHSP Standard Work Process, communication skills, and problem-solving methodologies.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, based on location and experience. Additionally, qualified candidates may have opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a two-man team to deliver high-quality results to hotel engagements
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with hotel staff
  • Identify and resolve any issues impacting quality or performance
  • Maintain accurate records and report status updates to headquarters

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience preferred
  • Able to travel extensively (3-4 weeks on the road, followed by a week-long break)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with smartphones and other electronic devices

Career Advancement: All Technicians will have regular reviews to assess their performance and progress. Based on these evaluations, candidates may be reclassified as Qualified or Expert Technicians, leading to increased salary ranges ($20-$30 per hour) and potential trainer roles ($30-$45 per hour).
