The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable Tour Operations staff member to give information about the venue in an entertaining, engaging, and informative way.

Responsibilities
  • Be knowledgeable about all parts of the stadium that are on the tour route and in the script.
  • Must be willing to be flexible with their schedule and daily assignments.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
