**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • Medical Assistant certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass background checks

**Benefits**

  • Starting pay rate of $16.00 per hour
  • Increases to $18.00 per hour after 90 days of employment
  • Full benefit package for qualified applicants

**Work Schedule**

M-F, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
