Job Summary

Aegis Worldwide has partnered with a leading manufacturing firm in the Richmond area to seek a skilled Welder to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and assembling new metal forms using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products to meet product specifications
  • Install and repair various equipment and components to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow engineering blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate product assembly
  • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications and ensure quality control
  • Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
  • Familiarity with welding tools and procedures, including MIG and TIG welding
  • Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment
