Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a highly standardized environment that delivers a transformational customer experience, while also driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow
  • Train store staff on technology and operational procedures
  • Partner with the GM and cross-functional partners to manage and maintain annual budgets
  • Manage people resources and lead by example
  • Support the customer experience by working with PR/Marketing to execute special event needs
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
  • Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
