Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisors in developing and enhancing existing client relationships.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services, as well as the ability to research escalated client issues for response and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track client actions and activities to ensure exceptional client service
  • Attend client review meetings to assist with relationship deepening conversations
  • Execute the team's service model, engaging with specialists/partners to address client needs
  • Manage aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving escalations
  • Assist the Financial Advisor team in developing and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent)
  • SAFE ACT Registration
  • Maintain at least one firm-approved designation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
  • Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions
