Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and appeal of our guest accommodations. This position is essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Efficiently remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and corridors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock the housekeeping cart in preparation for the following day’s duties.
  • Replenish cleaning chemical supplies as necessary.
  • Report any missing items from guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager of any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
