Interior Designer

KREWE is a high-fashion eyewear company inspired by the creativity and spirit of New Orleans, our hometown. We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to support the Expansion Department and contribute to the overall design and roll-out of our innovative retail concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports store layouts, schematics and concept design
  • Assists in material sourcing, costing and sample selection for new projects
  • Participates in the development, scheduling, and rollout of all new stores
  • Works closely with AP to process all invoices and ensure vendors are being paid in a timely manner
  • Creates sourcing/procurement and storage strategies
  • Provides finish, hardware, lighting and appliance schedules for all new stores
  • Coordinates FF&E specifications and vendor installs
  • Assists VP of Expansion with essential administrative and day to day functions
  • Create and maintain a library of design samples, files, and vendor lists

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in interior design or relevant field
  • Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, + Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in Google Drive Office
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of construction, architectural and store planning terminology
  • Working knowledge of store and field operations
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of the team
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
