Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient care and make informed decisions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them with knowledge and promote healthy behaviors.
- Work effectively with colleagues and community members to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient care issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current and valid nursing license.
- Specialized field of study in nursing with a focus on critical care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
