Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Canby Builders Supply, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in the lumber yard and warehouse. Your duties will include answering questions, identifying products, and directing customers to the correct materials. You will also be responsible for verifying load tickets to ensure accuracy and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the yard and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and locate products for customers, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Verify load tickets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and measure materials.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of lumber and building materials, including products and applications.
