At Primrose School of Harmony on the Lakes, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them develop a lifelong love of learning.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assess and meet the individual developmental needs of each child, implementing tailored lesson plans and daily schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to plan and conduct parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment that fosters creativity and exploration.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to children, promoting positive behavior and social skills.
  • Attend staff meetings, workshops, and school functions, staying up-to-date on the latest educational best practices.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a secure and healthy environment for children.
Requirements
  • CDA, TCC, Associates, or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood education program.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and maintain a physically active classroom environment.
