Requirements:

  • 4+ years of litigation experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and judges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions, as well as trial preparation and participation
  • Membership in the Florida Bar
